New Parkinson’s Movement Therapy Class

A new Parkinson’s Movement therapy class for members of the the Parkinson’s UK Harrow branch started.

There were 25 people who attended and the first class which started on Monday 8th August at 2pm. The class consisted of a series of exercises and movements with stimulating music to encourage a positive attitude. Walking, sitting and dancing methods were also addressed.
