BUILDING BETTER BACKS & BODIES (B4) is a comprehensive method of dealing with back pain, postural problems, stiffness and muscle spasm. It is based on the philosophy of learning how to use
the body correctly in all situations and improving the function of all the muscles & joints.

The Home Assessment addresses the fact that back pain can often be aggravated by
the way we do things on a day-to-day basis. Every room will
be assessed. Simple things like how you sit while
watching TV or the way you load the dishwasher or bend when brushing your
teeth can aggravate or bring on back pain. It is essential
to ensure that your bed, pillows and sleeping positions are
correct to enable your body to relax and heal. The methods used
are unique and you will be amazed at what a substantial difference
it will make in controlling and preventing back and neck pain.
