  5. how helpful it is to have phone support when ever needed. Learning to alleviate, control & prevent pain requires COMMUNICATION and the more information your B4 Trainer has the better equipped they are to help you to deal with your back problem.

The B4 Programme consist of the following:

1. Initial Assessment (1 hour)
2. Home Assessment (1 to 1.5 hours)
3. B4 Classes – 10 classes (1.5 hours each)
4. B4 Manual
5. B4 Audio CD's


At each class you will learn a series of mobilising, stretching, relaxation & strengtheningexercises for the entire body.
These execises are practiced daily with the help of the B4 Manual & Audio CD's.


B4 Maintenance Programme
After completing the B4 Programme you have the option to join the
B4 Maintenance Programme attending when it suits you. This ensures you are doing the exercises correctly as well as keeping your body functioning at optimal levels. It also gives you the opportunity to substantially improve your fitness levels safely.

An Initial Assessment of approximately one hour will document your medical history as well as examine all possible contributing factors to your back pain. You will also be advised on ways to immediately reduce your pain level. A suitable plan can then be devised specifically for your situation. (see Testimonial Wendy)

The Home Assessment addresses the fact that back pain can often be aggravated by the way we do things on a day-to-day basis. Every room will be assessed. It can be the simple things like how you sit while watching TV or the way you load the dishwasher or brush your teeth which can aggravate or bring on back pain. It is essential to ensure that your bed, pillows and sleeping positions are correct to enable your body to relax and heal. The methods used are unique and you will be amazed at what a substantial difference it will make in controlling and preventing back and neck pain.

The B4 Exercise Manual & Audio CD’s provide you with clear concise information on each exercise, enabling you to practice at home what you have learnt in the B4 Programme.( see more)
