the joints of the body is improved by means of repetitive movements. 2. STRETCHING - The muscles are
used to their fullest capacity, gradually stretching to relieve tension In tight muscles, thereby avoiding the risk of injury. 3.STRENGTHENING-Specific muscle groups are worked
to improve overall posture and tone and to
give additional support to
the spine. 4.RELAXING - The body is allowed to relax in a
